Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Recipe feeds our family of 6 close to 2 meals and warms up DELISH!

 Ingredients:

1 lbs chicken breast (frozen will work) salt and pepper to taste

1 can cream of chicken soup 

1/2 cup wing sauce (we do mild to avoid too much kick)

1 can mild rotel ( if you want it more spicy get original or hot I will probably just use diced tomatoes next time as ours was too spicy for the kids this time)

1.5 cups shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup ranch 

1.5 cups sour cream (if too spicy you can add another dollop when you serve) 

One box penne pasta 
Steps:

Place chicken in slow cooker and season with salt and pepper 

Add chicken soup and rotel 

Cook in high 2-3 hours or low 4-6 

Turn cooker to warm, shred the chicken and mix in the ranch, cheese and sour cream 

Cook pasta, drain and add it to the crockpot. Stir in and serve.
