Crockpot rotisserie chicken 

INGREDIENTS:
WHOLE CHICKEN (3.5-4LBS)

2 TABLESPOON PAPRIKA

½ TSP CAYENNE PEPPER (OPTIONAL)

1.5 TSP ONION POWDER

2 TBSP GARLIC POWDER

1 TSP SALT

½ TSP BLACK PEPPER

  
Put all ingredients in a small bowl and stir in water by the teaspoon until a past forms. Spray slow cooker with olive oil Pam and place chicken in with breast side up. Coat the chicken inside and out with the paste. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3.5-4.5 hours. Thickest part of thigh should be 180 degrees. 

Serve with rice or rolls and veggies!
