I am eating a high protein/low carb fare. What recipes can you share with me?
One of my favorites is Parmesan Italian Chicken.
1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
1 envelope of Good Seasonings Italian Dressing
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
6 small chicken breasts (1-1.5 lbs)
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix cheese, garlic and seasoning
- Moisten chicken with water and coat in cheese mixture
- Place in shallow baking dish
- Bake 20-25 min until chicken has met internal temp of 165 degrees
