I am eating a high protein/low carb fare. What recipes can you share with me?  


I would love any SIMPLE, easy prep, not a lot of ingredient recipes!  

One of my favorites is Parmesan Italian Chicken. 

Recipe taken from kraft.com. I prefer the shredded cheese over grated.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

1 envelope of Good Seasonings Italian Dressing 

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

6 small chicken breasts (1-1.5 lbs)

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Mix cheese, garlic and seasoning
  3. Moisten chicken with water and coat in cheese mixture
  4. Place in shallow baking dish
  5. Bake 20-25 min until chicken has met internal temp of 165 degrees
